Amazing views from rooftop. Kind and helpful manager and staff. Very convenient location for visiting sites and lots of restaurants. Stayed 4 nights and was cleaned each day and fresh teabags and coffee satchels provided.

Personnel: helpful, polite, patient, proactive (we were shown the old church located under the building). Location: perfect! One can reach the public transport (tram, ferries) very quickly. The coast is right there. But (!) very calm. Room: cosy, light, with enough space. The fridge works noiseless. Several options for lighting with switch on/off next to the bed. Bathroom: you have everything you need. Ismail and Colleagues, thank you!

Great location, modern and clean rooms, amazing views from the rooftop terrace and so much history with the Hodegon Monestary located in the basement of this hotel. But what stood out the most during my stay at Hodegon Suite was the hospitality of all of the staff members, especially Umut. Nothing I can compare it to, having been to various hotels all over the globe, he is making sure guests are comfortable, providing assistance whenever he can. Especially noteworthy as I’ve lost my AirPods in Istanbul and had only realized once I’ve already left the country, Umut and the staff helped me track them down and send them back. Everything considered an amazing stay that surely would have been completely different had I stayed elsewhere - and if I ever come back to Istanbul I know where to go :)

We absolutely loved the staff - all of the people working at the hotel were friendly, welcoming, ready to answer our questions and cater to our needs. The hotel is situated in the old town, close to many tourist attractions. But beware! Most of the restaurants nearby are overpriced and not that authentic (we found way better options in less touristy parts of the city) We liked the size of the hotel - it is not too big or industrial - perfect for a cozy and comfortable stay.

The room was very spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything was clean. Lovely terrace with a nice view. The concierge was very attentive and helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants.

Safe and family run hotel. We felt very comfortable and every single staff member was a pleasure to interact with. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a calm and family friendly hotel. Amazing location, close to tram and public transport. In the heart of all history as well. There’s also a beach 5 mins down the walkway, great place to calm down and relax.

This hotel has truly an amazing location. It's 5 minutes walking distance from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Hotel room is comfortable and hotel has an amazing rooftop from which you can see the sea and beautiful panoramic of Istanbul.

Location was very good - from the terrace you could enjoy wonderful views of the city. The hotel was in the middle of old town and therefore you can walk everywhere. The receptionists were also great - always smiling and ready to help.

I really like thé welcoming, friendly and smiling People from the staff. As soon as I arrived they helped me with informations concerning the neighbour, where eat or drink... They were very friendly from thé beginning till thé end. If I have I think to say : its PERFECT AND MANY THANKS FOR ALL OF YOU. Really à place to be: room cleaned every day, air co, wonderful situation... Quiet also and staff on top... Thank you to you it was perfect stay. And I will really come back to thé hôtel n'est time

Perfect stay location wise , plus rooms are quite and very clean …. But the best part is very friendly and supportive service, with all the recommendations spot on , I felt very welcomed and all my requests were handled instantly , with personalized approach . Big and Special thanks to Halit for making my stay very enjoyable and hustle free… ❤️ highly recommend this place to stay in Istanbul
